– Lemon Juice
– Gum-free Gluten Free Flour Blend
– Confectioners’ Sugar
– Kosher Salt
– Unsalted Butter

Unfortunately, since these are lemon bars, they need to cool for at least two hours before you eat them. And, even worse, it’s suggested you refrigerate them overnight, so you might have to wait to try them.
Because these bars are cooked with parchment paper, they come out looking perfectly. You can cut them with a plastic knife to keep them from falling apart and serve them to the family or even for fancier occasions. They’ll look perfect and taste amazing.
