Corn Cob Jelly Recipe

I try to live by the wisdom of waste not want not and this recipe from  is one way to make sure you waste not. Instead of eating,canning or freezing your corn on the cob and then throwing the cobs into the compost or trash why not make some jelly with them first. I like corn cob jelly. It  has a mild sweet taste kind of like honey.
