Homemade Refrigerator Peach Hot Sauce

Peaches in my store are super ripe right now so I can buy lots to eat some fresh and use some to turn into delicious peachy condiments and pastries. I love when peaches are so ripe the juice tries to run down your chin when you bite into them and there were some California peaches in the store today that were that ripe.

So I bought a lot of them and I plan to make some peach fritters and then I am going to make some of this peach hot sauce. With 4 peaches you get about 2 and a half cups of the hot sauce which is probably just about how much we will use up before it goes bad.

Since this is not canned and only refrigerated it will need to be used up with 2 or 3 weeks. I will make some egg rolls and use this as the dipping sauce, yumm. If there is any left after the egg rolls then a night of chicken tenders should finish it off.

I can just imagine the peachy sweet and spicy heat of this on an egg roll or a chicken tender. Primally Inspired shares this recipe and I love that is calls for habanero peppers instead of jalapenos because the orange color would go much better with the color of the peaches .
