Powerful Healing Green Smoothie Drink Recipe

This delicious powerful healing green smoothie drink recipe is an inexpensive delightful way to get a super kick start of vitamins. Your digestive system loves when you drink a green smoothie because the pulverized fiber is already mostly broken down so your stomach does not have to work so hard and it absorbs quickly.

Fruits and vegetables are a fantastic way to boost your immune system to ward off disease by putting your body in an alkaline state. The balance in your body should be between acid and alkaline should be at 7.4 slightly alkaline.

Powerful Healing Green Smoothie Drink Recipe

Ingredients:

1 Apple (peeled)

1 Cucumber (peeled)

1/4 Wedge of a head of Cabbage

4 Stalks of Celery with leaves attached (Leaves are the best part)

Parsley – 3 to 4 pieces (Strong)

Directions: Clean and peel ingredients. Chop up and toss in the blender. Pour into a mason jar and drink. You can sip slowly but in my house we clank glasses, say “Bottoms Up” and slam it as quickly as possible.

Cucumber are an excellent source of vitamin K, vitamin C, magnesium and vitamin B1 that is such an amazing all around health promoting vegetable. Cucumbers help all the function of the body as apples and cabbage helps but combined. 3 Cheers for cucumbers !

Parsley is an excellent of vitamin K and vitamin C as well as a good source of vitamin A, folate, and iron.
