Make Your Own Salami

If you like salami check out this recipe to make your own salami at home using ground beef. After adding seasonings and curing salt. Once you have everything mixed together well you make some logs out of the beef and wrap them in aluminum foil and stick the in the fridge for 2 to four days. The you bake them in the oven allowing the juices from the cooking meat to drain thru holes you poked into the foil. Once the juices stop draining you allow them to cool and then slice and store the salami. Such an easy recipe and since you can make the batch as large as you wish you could  make this a couple times per year and always have some homemade salami in the house. Canning Granny shares the recipe.
