Oh my goodness would you look at that cake. She simmers offers two ways to make it. You can use mascarpone or ice cream for the filling. It looks beautiful and I would love it made either way. I think I will be lazy and make it with ice cream first. Her site is full of Thai recipes as well. Looks like I will be spending a lot of time there. Everything looks delicious.
