How to Build an Inexpensive Emergency Preparedness MRE Meal

MRE’s are meals that are ready to eat. But those, while only maybe five to eight dollars each, can add up. However, people still need MRE’s, so they still buy them. What if you could make them by yourself?

MRE’s are a perfect way to store meals, they don’t take up much space and you can have a lot and save a lot of them, which is very important. Some people already make their own, and some people don’t eat what’s in this MRE, but you can always put what you want in yours. For whatever reason, some people need to eat on the go, or without using power, which is why MRE’s are useful.

This will tell you what you need to buy, what to put in each one, and how to make it. It only takes four simple steps and can last 3-5 years when properly stored. Sure, it’ll take a couple hours, but it’ll taste good and last as long as MRE’s being sold.
