Herbal remedies, we all like them because they are natural and we can make them ourselves so we know what is in them and we avoid the chemically laden pharmaceuticals by using them. Now Rhythm of the home has this great list of herbal remedy recipes and advice for getting the kids involved with making the remedies. I think this is awesome, not only have most adults never known how to make herbal anything but kids for the most part are never even given the chance of learning how. It is cool that these kids get to and I think more should have the opportunity. Nice tradition to pass down through a family.
