Traditional Cold Remedy Fire Cider Recipe

Traditional Fire Cider recipe is a cold remedy that has been used for hundreds of years because of it’s antiviral, antibacterial, and anti fungal properties that boosts an immune system and breaks up congestion.

Ingredients

1 quart Organic Apple Cider Vinegar

1/3 cup grated Horseradish Root

4 heaping Tablespoons of chopped Garlic

1/2 cup of chopped Onion

1/3 cup of grated Ginger

1/8 cup of loosely packed Rosemary

2 -5 diced Habanero Peppers

1-2 spicy Chiles

3 heaping Teaspoons of Honey (optional)

Directions on how to make traditional cold remedy Fire Cider recipe:

Dice all ingredients into small pieces, add all ingredients into a large jar, pour and cover ingredients with Apple Cider Vinegar. Steep for two months out of sunlight, shake jar once a week. Strain out ingredients and store in a jar with a tight fitting lid. Write the date on the top of the jar lid.

Store in your refrigerator for up to one year.

You can use it topically (rubbed on) a congested chest or drink it as you would a cough medicine as soon as you feel a cold coming on. As a Traditional Cold Remedy Fire Cider  drink 1/8 a cup – 3 times a day.
