Make Your Own Venison Breakfast Sausage

Make your own venison breakfast sausage with your deer harvest. Hunting season is almost here, well gun season is just about here, archery has been going on for a while now in my area.

For the folks that manage to bag a deer this year,  Stephanie Dayle over on American Preppers Network shares a recipe to make venison breakfast sausage.  We usually have red hot sausage links made but this breakfast sausage sounds really good. A friend of ours just had a doe processes and he had a large batch of bacon made. I didn’t even know you could make bacon with venison, I would have just assumed  it would be too dry.
