Nice list of items that everyone should have in their car in the winter time. I think everyone should have an emergency kit in their car all the time. Even breaking down in summer or spring could be a disaster if you have no food,water or warmer clothes for nights. But winter breaking down could so much more easily be fatal if you are not prepared to get back on the road or to survive until help arrives.
