Here is a lasagna roll up recipe to suit anyone, meat eaters or vegetarians there is a recipe for either. The one for meat lovers is a delicious chicken and cheese version and for the vegetarians there is an equally delicious spinach version. While i am a meat eater I also love spinach so I will alternate recipes and add more variety to my menu planning. With a nice salad and some garlic bread both of these will be winners at my house.
