There is a lot of really good and useful info in this list from Field and Stream. There are a couple of tips that seem so simple and yet I have never seen things done that way before. For example they tell us that when we pour kerosene or other types of liquids that come in cans, if you don’t have a spout for the can, when you pour you should hold the can with the opening on top and pour because that way air can enter and the pour will be nice and smooth.

When you hold the can with the opening down the air enters in gulps which throws the liquid all over the place. That one tip was worth the read and there are 31 more that are just as good.
