If you buy those cookie mixes that come in the little bag at the store check out this tutorial and make your own far cheaper. Fake It Frugal shares 4 different cookie recipes that you can make and store for use at a later time. By mixing everything but the butter, egg, vanilla and any liquid ingredients you will know you have everything you need to make cookies. So you could go ahead and make a few of each of the recipes and then you could make cookies in just a few minutes to add the butter and egg and have them in the oven just as quickly as the store bought brand. I am pretty sure you could do this with loads of cookie recipes, just remember to write the remaining oils and eggs and liquid ingredients on the bag so you know what to add when you bake them. I would keep the mixes in the freezer till needed just to keep everything at the same quality.
