This is an older post from Real food allergy free so it may actually cost a little more than 3 dollars now but it really is an awesome way of making you money stretch. She uses it with meat but she did add a vegetarian idea and since the sauce goes into the freezer you could make up huge batches and do different add ins on them. I would add some fresh basil and mushrooms to ours. I might also add some grated parmesan. Such an easy way of saving money.
