Nice list of compostable items. I compost all the time and every so often I have something that I am just not sure of composting. I know all about kitchen scraps but there are so many other things that end up in the garbage.
Then I found this list from Care2 and wow. I have been throwing out many things that could have been making compost for my garden. For instance, egg cartons. I never knew or I guess I should say I never thought about composting egg cartons but I guess you can as long as they are not the styrofoam type.
If you compost check out this list. I bet you will find at least 3 things you hadn’t thought of adding to your compost.
