Ever have a recipe you want to make but really wanted some kind of a cream base but not sure if you want cream cheese or just a pastry cream. Well I have that quandary a lot or at least I did till I found this awesome recipe for pastry cream from Bravetart.
They have a basic vanilla flavored recipe but give us a multitude of other flavoring options. So now when I want a cream based desert it doesn’t have to always be a cream cheese type. This is the cream I use when ever I make fruit pizza. So yummy
