Bullying Statistics website shares an article about the different types of adult bullies and some options on how to deal with them.
Campaigns against bullying are in our schools and splashed across our televisions in an effort to protect children but an often unspoken subject is adult bullies.
Bullies come in both genders and all ages, they are equally hard to deal with in a reasonable manner.
Many adult bullies have mental illness issues and have had many encounters with law enforcement.
On a personal note: I have recently had to deal with this issue in my community. It is not pleasant but standing up for what is right even when others stay silent… is always the right thing to do.
