Adding sugar to fruit when distilling makes a higher alcohol content. Hmm, I never knew that. To be honest I don’t know very much about distilling. I have never done it and I am not much of a drinker ( well I do consume large amounts of coffee) but not much in the way of alcoholic drinks. I did find this from Mother Earth News interesting though.
