Making your own apfelwein doesn’t sound so hard when you read Home brew talks directions. It sounds like the hardest part would be having the patience to wait for it to be ready.
I think this would be good to make now so that by fall it will be totally ready to drink it icy cold or warmed up in a mug for crisp fall evenings.
