A viewer asked for a bacon jam recipe and after researching because I had never heard of it I found a load of recipes out there but I am sharing this one because it looks easy and Mama’s Southern cooking took awesome photos of her jam. I am going to make a batch of this on the weekend. I love all of the ingredients, bacon, maple syrup and coffee being 3 all time fave flavors. She has her own recipe book with step by step pictures too.
