Don’t you just hate when you bake cookies, biscuits and other items that don’t cover the whole pan and you end up with black residue on your pans from the cooking spray. I know I do and I was really glad to find this recipe from Carina-Forum for her Bake easy spread. You can make it and then keep it in the cupboard or fridge and use it to replace those expensive cans of chemical spray. She says it will not turn your pans black and is much less expensive so its a win win!
