I love this great idea from Heatherlikesfood. If you have a big family then you know on taco night it seems like you are making tacos for a long time before you get to sit down and eat tacos. With this method all the tacos are done at the same time so you can eat with everyong instead of after. Also since they go in the over I imagine the tacos stay crunchy longer. Hereis a tip from me. When you assemble your tacos if you lay a lettuce leaf inside the shell before filling, if your shell cracks when you eat it the lettuce leaf will hold the fillings inside instead of losing them all over the plate.
