Even if you are not dieting, if you like fish you will want to eat this fish often. It is made with a fish called black cod which is also known as sablefish. While I have never heard of sablefish or “black” cod, if you can find it No Gojis No Glory says it is the best to use for this recipe. I did read the comments on the recipe and someone there said they made it with regular cod and even their youngster asked for seconds. Since I have never seen or heard of the black cod I will try this with regular or the Chilean sea bass she recommends in the comments. Either way the marinade sounds amazing and since you leave the fish in it for 24 hours it is bound to be full of flavor and it just looks totally delicious and I can’t wait to try it. This would be a perfect way to add fish to our dinner a little more often. We usually have fish fry or Cajun baked Catfish which is delish, but this would give us some variety on baked fish and it a totally different flavor than the Cajun so it will be a really good one to add to my fish recipes list.
