Baked or Fried Mozzarella Sticks

I love mozzarella sticks. Mmm the melting cheese. Olive the ingredients has this recipe for making them using string cheese and won-ton wrappers. I think these would be so good and you have the choice of frying or baking them. So much easier to fry in the wrapper than in breading.
