Ingredients for Crepes:

3 eggs

1 cup of flour

1 cup of water

1/4 teaspoon salt

Directions:

1. Mix all the above ingredients together and pour a small amount into a frying pan. Cook and remove from and set aside.

1 Egg

1 lb. Ricotta

1/2 lb shredded Mozzarella Cheese

Pinch of Salt

Pinch of Black Pepper

1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese

1/4 cup chopped Parsley

Directions:

~

1. Place filling in the center of the crepe and fold over and roll.

2. Cover with marinara sauce and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes
