This Baked Manicotti Crepes Vintage Homemade Recipe is a tasty stuffed pasta dish that is simple to make and quite delicious. Manicotti loosely translates as “a big sleeve” and in this case crepes what surrounds the filling.
Ingredients for Crepes:
1 cup of flour
1 cup of water
1/4 teaspoon salt
1. Mix all the above ingredients together and pour a small amount into a frying pan. Cook and remove from and set aside.
Ingredients for Filling:
1 lb. Ricotta
1/2 lb shredded Mozzarella Cheese
Pinch of Salt
Pinch of Black Pepper
1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese
1/4 cup chopped Parsley
1. Place filling in the center of the crepe and fold over and roll.
2. Cover with marinara sauce and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes
