I make these with chicken and spanish rice and I make the bean and cheese but I usually add some cooked choriso to my beans first. Quick and easy to just heat and eat. They do need a few minutes of thaw time though. I like to heat the tortillas a little before rolling the burrito, when they are warm they are soft and pliable and less likely to break than when they are cold.
