I love beer bread for the way it tastes but I really love it for how quick and easy it is to make it. This is a recipe that you put together and into the oven it goes. No waiting for it to rise and no kneading it and doing a second rise.
Just mix bake cool and eat. I know a lot of people are looking at the list of ingredients and asking where is the yeast. You don’t need the yeast because it is in the beer.
This is such a good tasting bread I have never been able to serve it with a meal. After they smell it baking and I beat them off with a broom for the 15 minutes while it cools. The loaf of bread and some butter end up being the meal.
