Beet juice and jello to make this jelly. No idea if I will like it but this one is interesting enough that I want to try it. If you want to give it a try you can get the recipe from Homesteading Homemaker. The picture is from a site that no longer exists but the jelly was made the same except black cherry jello was used instead of raspberry koolaid
