This blueberry caramel sauce from Closet cooking looks so yummy. I can’t wait to make some. It would be yummy on ice cream but I think it would be out of this world on plain cheesecake.
He has a recipe just below the directions to make this, for a Blueberry mascarpone cheesecake with amarettie crust. yum
