Mmm this yummy breakfast recipe from Bran appetit is happening here tomorrow morning. My family loves this and I make pretty often. I have made it just like this recipes says but I have added mushrooms. I have also made it with puff pastry rolled to fit a 9 x 13 cake pan, doubled the ingredients, added spinach and mushrooms and then put a puff pastry top on it. Fantastic recipe just the way it is or change it up to suit you. Try it with ham instead of sausage, chorizo as the meat and add chopped jalapenos instead of the oregano and rosemary. I make it different almost every time but it is always delicious.
