Brownies Mix Food Storage in a Jar Recipe

Buy your ingredients in bulk spread a case of clean quart mason jars on the kitchen counter top and spend a less than a couple hours measuring out ingredients into each quart jar. Print out baking instructions to attached to each quart jar and stock your food pantry instead of buying boxes of brownie mixes at your local grocery store. Make sure you also print out a set of cooking instructions to add to the side of the mason jar.
Preheat oven to 175C. Grease a Brownie baking pan. Pour the contents of the jar into a large bowl and mix well.
Stir in 1 teaspoon vanilla, 2/3 cup vegetable oil and 3 eggs. Beat until just combined. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean.
