Build a PVC Garden Grow Light System

This step by step tutorial of how to build a PVC garden grow light system is an inexpensive way to create an indoor seed starting area. Some seeds need that extra pampering of light, heat and careful watering before being transitioned outdoors.

The cost of the PVC for the lightweight 48-inch-long frame is only about $12. Additional hardware, including the light fixture, bulbs, extension cord and timer, run about $30 to $40 – depending on the cost of the light.
