My favorite way to eat jalapeños is when they are cowboy candy. You get all the heat and a little sweet. When peppers are on sale in my area I buy lots and make these and loads of jalapeño poppers (the best recipe ever and they are baked not fried) So when I went to get the recipe from my bookmarks to make some new jars I thought I would share this recipe from Tasty kitchen with you all.
