Pecans are considered a super food that contain tons of antioxidants, vitamins, and minerals. Pecans can boost your heart, brain and immune system health.

Pecans are rich in flavor and are extremely versatile. They can be used as a raw, healthy snack, as a sweet treat or in your baked goods. For example: tossed in a salad or baked in a cake.

Ingredients:

2 Tablespoons  sweetener (WHOLE EARTH SWEETENER CO. Baking Blend, Raw Sugar & Stevia Blend, Sugar Substitute) 

3 Tablespoons Butter

2 cups Pecans (Click here to buy from Amazon)

Cinnamon to taste

Instructions:

Melt butter, sugar and cinnamon in saucepan over medium heat until bubbling. Then add pecans once mixture is melted. Constantly mix for 5 mins so they don’t burn. Pour them out onto parchment paper to cool. Do not touch until cooled or you will burn your fingers. Delicious ! Save them into an airtight container.
