Sounds so yummy, like an old fashioned candy apple, sweet and cinnamon. My favorite candy apples growing up were the ones made with the cinnamon candy shell, I like them so much more tha caramel apples. I think this would taste good on toast or as a glaze for ham or pretty much anyway you eat jelly. You can get the recipe from Hub Pages.
