I love asparagus and it is coming into the store now. I found this video on canning it so I will be putting some up. So yummy. One of these day I will plant my own, never have because it takes so long to get your first cuttings. Once planted I guess you have it for years so I really need to go ahead and get some planted but for now I still want to eat it so I will buy and can it.
