Canning Fresh Blueberries. I saw this recipe on Zoebakes and I am now desperate to can some. The canned the berries with a sprig of lavender and in a simple syrup made with vanilla beans. Then water bath canned.
She says “They turn out like a thin jam, with a sweet syrup, which is perfect as a sauce on dessert or just to eat on buttered toast.” They look scrumptious
