Canning Lemon Verbena Jelly

Can some of the gorgeous lemon verbena jelly and you can enjoy the taste of lemonade on your toast in the morning. I think this could b made with other florals that are edible and have a pleasing taste but I am thinking this lemonade flavor would be good on biscuits or even a couple of spoons over vanilla ice cream sounds yummy.
