Canning Peach Salsa

For use as a dip or as a seasoning for meat, if you can find a good deal on peaches put some up by canning some peach salsa. The salsa has jalapeños in it so not only do you get that sweet peach flavor but you get the spicy bite as well. This would be good on fish or chicken tacos.  Home Ready Home shares this recipe and I think it will be a hit if I can just find a good price on peaches.
