Carmel Apple Jam Recipe

This Carmel apple jam recipe tastes just like the favorite treat on a stick dessert but is delightfully spreadable. Carmel apples remind me of the changing fall season, so why not put that fantastic flavor into a jar to enjoy all year long.

Ingredients:

  • 6 cups diced and peeled apples

  • 1/2 cup water

  • 1.75 oz pkg. of fruit pectin

  • 3 cups sugar

  • 2 cups packed brown sugar

  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon

  • 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
