Cashew Smoothie with Spinach and Cherries

Delicious cashew smoothie with spinach and cherries is full of healthy fruits, vegetable and nut selection blended together for a nutritious energy packed drink that is full of vitamins and nutrients.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup cashews raw , soaked or not

  • 2 cups spinach fresh

  • 1 1/2 cups sweet cherries frozen

  • 2 medium banana cold or frozen

  • 2 cups unsweetened non-dairy milk

Instructions

Blend on high in a drink blender for at least 20 seconds, until the nuts are completely ground.
