This super simple Champagne Jello Shots Recipe is a sensational addition to your New Year’s Eve party menu.

Jello shots are always a crowd favorite because they are a combination of a boozy beverage and an appetizer. A cute sophisticated jello shot that is great for intimate dinner parties or New Year’s Eve party!

Ingredients:

1 Bottle of champagne.

3 sachets of unflavored gelatin

3 tablespoons of sugar

Gold sugar for decoration (optional) – If you want to add an interactive element to your champagne jello shots, roll lightly in Pop Rocks candy right before serving.
