In this video Misty manages to make some corn meal mush for a hot breakfast and then she makes a loaf out of the left overs to be able to fry up slices of it for a later meal. In my family we make a dish called scrapple which is very similar to the loaf she makes although we add bits of cooked meat and roll the slices in egg as well as flour before frying and usually serve it with syrup. It is really good and filling.
