Cherry Salsa

Salsa made with cherries. Oh yes please. This sounds so good. I can just imagine the sweet from the cherries blending with the bite from the hot peppers.
I have never seen a canner like that but I see no pressure valve so I am assuming it is water bath canned. I want to make this one, it just sounds delicious. You can find this recipe from Anna Howardshaw over on Instructables.
