Oh how I need to get some asiago cheese in the house so I can make this recipe. It both looks and sounds amazing. Coated in Parmesan and fried till a crust forms and then baked till done and topped with asiago cheese and bacon crumbles, just writing our the ingredients makes me want some. Thank goodness O Taste And See shares the recipe so we can all try it. They said it is the most viewed recipe on their entire site and I can most definitely see why. It looks really easy to make but the finished picture makes your mouth water. I like some of the suggestions for sides from the comments. I think I will serve this with some greens like kale or spinach and wild rice. Mmm mm can’t wait.
