Chocolate Chip Cheesecake Braided Danish Pastry

Delicious recipe for a braided danish that is filled with chocolate chip cheesecake. This recipe is so good you will want to make it again and again. Sweet Dreaming shares this recipe and she says if you ant a plain cheese danish to just leave the chocolate chips and the brown sugar out of the recipe. If you want something even tastier replace the chocolate chips with either butterscotch  or cherry flavored chips. Scrumptious.

My favorite is with the butterscotch. I also like to use puff pastry that I roll out to make the rectangle instead of the canned crescent roll. I just prefer the puff pastry but if you like crescent roll it works just fine. I tell you if you make this with the puff pastry and replace the chocolate chips with butterscotch chips make sure to have a couple of people around to share it with because if you don’t I make no guarantees that you won’t eat this whole pastry by yourself, it is that good.
