Chocolate Covered Strawberries

Jean-Charles Rochoux’s of Paris shared an simple but amazing idea of fresh fruit ( strawberries ) in chocolate .

You can melt your favorite brand of chocolate chips or  use the natural chocolate recipe below.

A natural chocolate recipe:

2 tablespoons coconut oil – melted

1/4 cup  cacao powder

1 1/2 tablespoon honey

1/2 tsp vanilla powder

In a glass bowl, blend all the ingredients in the order above.

If the chocolate becomes too thick, put the glass bowl in a warm water bath to re-melt.

Fill an ice tray with chocolate, put in strawberries, refrigerate until chocolate hardens.
