Choctaw Fry Bread Recipe

Choctaw fry bread is a bread that the Indians made and then carried to have something to eat when they were on the trail. It is fried with a hole in the center so that it can be but on a string or I would imagine they used a strip of leather and then it could be carried over the shoulder. Cast Bullet shares the recipe and says he thinks the Indians probably added honey to the recipe to preven the fry bread from molding. Seems the fry bread would keep for months. Interesting read.
