How delicious does this salad look? Chopped blt salad with corn, feta and avocado, the only thing I can see that is missing for me is black olives. This salad is made with butter lettuce which just makes it so much better than plain ole iceberg. If you are looking for a salad that can be a meal I think this one with some nice crusty buttered bread should be just the ticket. I need some avocados and some black olives and I am definitely going to have it for my dinner in the next few days. It looks so yummy. How Sweet Eats shares the recipe.
